What is the turnaround time for receiving your images?
You will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within 4-6 weeks depending on the type of shoot. You'll receive 3 photos within 72 hrs of your shoot!
Is the retainer refundable?
No. The retainer is non-refundable. When you pay your retainer you're ensuring that the date is yours! Full amount must be paid 2 days before the day of the session.
What if the weather is bad? Do I get a refund?
If the weather is bad we can do one of two things. Continue with the session and have fun with it or rebook for another day. If you want, you can cancel. If you've paid for the session already you will receive a refund. Again, the retainer is non refundable.
Do you offer prints & albums?
Once you receive your full gallery you will have the option to purchase prints and albums within your gallery.
Do you travel?
Yes! A travel fee will be required for a session that is over 50 miles from Gorham, ME. Please contact me for a custom quote including traveling fee.
